Family Partnership Center Sponsors

DONOR SPOTLIGHT:

Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice has awarded a $15,000 grant to Family Partnership Center for workplace parenting education programs to benefit local employers and at-risk families. These funds will be used to introduce parenting education into local workplaces. Family Partnership Center plans to contract with employers to provide workplace parenting programs, giving employers an additional tool to help time-strapped employees positively balance work and home life. Employees with the greatest needs will also benefit from personalized, in-home parenting education. Gulf Coast Community Foundation of Venice inspires people and mobilizes resources to transform the communities it serves. Gulf Coast is a public charity that was created in late 1995 and, since it began making grants in 1996, has funded more than $117 million in the areas of arts and culture, health and human services, education, civic affairs, and the environment. Gulf Coast is the largest community foundation in Florida.
